The View Ridge project was a special one as it was a first-floor renovation in Seattle for one of my lifelong best friends and her sweet family. We transformed the entry, kitchen and dining area, mudroom, primary bath and closet, and added a new powder bath, with updated paint and lighting throughout. The kitchen now features oyster-toned cabinets, a warm wood island, and a cozy built-in banquette, while the charming new powder bath shines with emerald cabinetry, floral wallpaper, and playful stone and brass details. We reworked the primary suite layout for better flow, added much-needed mudroom storage for their two energetic boys, and refreshed the entry with a new railing, furnishings, and a custom bookcase—plus a cameo from their beloved pup, Arnold.
