This whole-home renovation completely reimagined both the layout and character to better reflect our clients' organic modern aesthetic. Through thoughtful space planning, we reconfigured the floor plan to create a spacious new primary suite, improve the flow of the main living areas, and introduce functional spaces that better support everyday life. Natural light became a guiding principle throughout the design, with the addition of clerestory windows, skylights, and a dramatic bifold glass door that seamlessly connects the dining room to the outdoors. Warm walnut details, woven textures, soft muted tones, and carefully selected finishes create a calm, inviting atmosphere, while custom elements like the walnut range hood and spa-like primary bath add a sense of craftsmanship. From the refreshed laundry room to the basement bar designed for a brewery owner, every decision was made to create a home that feels both beautifully personal and effortlessly livable.
