This early ‘90s home in Littleton’s Columbine Valley needed a major refresh, and the incredible client was up for the challenge! After selling their previous home, they moved into the construction zone with their two adorable little girls. The husband and father took on the role of general contractor, drawing on his childhood construction experience with his dad—even though it’s not his full-time job—and absolutely nailed it! Together, we transformed nearly every room, creating a modern, warm aesthetic that’s both inviting and timeless. From finishes to fixtures and furniture, every detail was thoughtfully selected to bring new life to this family’s home. They wrapped up the renovation in record time, and the results are nothing short of stunning!
